With a strong background as an active investor in smaller private companies, Susan co-founded Calculus Capital (formerly McDonald Glencross) with John Glencross in 1999. She has personally invested in approximately 50 smaller companies in the last six years.
She was previously Director and Head of Asian Equity Sales at Banco Santander. Prior to this, she had over twelve years' experience in company analysis, flotations and private placements with Jardine Fleming (Hong Kong), Robert Fleming (London) and Peregrine Securities (UK) Limited, where she led over 30 placements and new issues.
Susan has an MBA from the University of Arizona and a BSc from the University of Florida.
