Calculus Capital, the specialist in creating and managing private equity funds for individuals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Davis as Investment Director.
Robert joins from Avendus Capital, where he has spent the last three years as a Managing Director and Head of European Business.
A graduate from St John’s College, Cambridge, Robert then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse. He has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, with a particular expertise in M&A. Robert was the head of European M&A at Nomura International for eight years and has also held positions at Robert Fleming and JP Morgan Chase.
Robert’s role will be to further strengthen the ongoing management of Calculus Capital’s portfolio companies. This will involve working with portfolio companies helping to build value and, importantly, guide companies towards a successful exit.
